We collect information from you mainly so we can offer you amazing customer services. Sometimes we may ask you to tell us what you think about Fork Magazine or what makes you smile. We know lots of you like to hear from us in the time in-between issues so every now and again we like to make your day and send you a newsletter; we're nice like that.
We promise that we will never, ever pass your details on to anyone else without you knowing so rest assured that we will never share your information with any third party unless we state clearly that we intend to do so, even then you have the option to opt-out.
Your information will only ever be used to send you what you ask us to send you. We only ever want to share your data with people we love and they often want to offer you tasty deals we think you'll want to know about. If we link you to a partner's website you can sleep easy knowing we've vetted them but if privacy & security is important to you it's probably wise to check their policy too as we've no control once you leave us.
If you tick to join the Fork family and then decide later on that you'd like to leave, just drop us an email, we won't take it personally. If you do not wish to be contacted by Fork magazine, please state clearly when you supply information by ticking the appropriate boxes or in writing on your correspondence via email.
Our competition terms are all detailed at the bottom of each competition where possible, or if we are hosting a third-party competition they will be on our partner's website. We often have time-sensitive competitions for food festivals or trips away. If this is the case we ask that you confirm within seven days of us telling you that you are a lucky winner. Otherwise we reserve the right to re-offer the prize to someone else.
We're a careful bunch at Fork Towers so we take things like security and privacy really seriously and we take every effort you would expect to ensure the credit card information you transmit to us is kept secure and strictly confidential. By sending your address/email/ phone number to the website you are choosing to be contacted occasionally by Fork magazine.
